Have your business deliveries sent directly to Zebrabox and simplify your logistics. Our parcel reception service is currently available in Narbonne and will soon also be offered at La Tour-de-Salvagny and Villefranche-sur-Saône.
Depending on the location and opening hours, deliveries can either be received by our on-site reception team or placed in a secure buffer unit that is unlocked remotely. This ensures that you can collect your parcels flexibly — even outside reception hours.
Locations offering this service
Our Narbonne site already provides a full goods receipt service for business customers. The service will soon be available at La Tour-de-Salvagny and Villefranche-sur-Saône. Receipt of goods is guaranteed during our reception hours: Monday - Friday 08.00-19.00h / Saturday 09.00-17.00h
Receipt of goods – your options
Deliveries can be received by our reception team during opening hours or, on request, placed directly into your storage unit. Outside reception hours, parcels may be delivered into a secure buffer unit that is unlocked remotely, allowing you to collect them flexibly. You will be notified by SMS and/or email once your delivery has arrived.
